Twenty-three centres to provide high and low-intensity CBT training

TWENTY-three higher education institutions will be providing training courses for high intensity and low intensity CBT from September.

The Department of Health say at least 700 therapists will be trained in the first year, with a total of 3,600 extra therapists trained over the next three years.

Low Intensity CBT trainees will be paid from £16,853 - £20,261 per annum, for a 37-hour week, while High Intensity trainees will be paid between £23,458 - £31,779 per annum.  Job Descriptions and Person Specifications are available for each advert.
